Hyderabad: Sixty students from the National Institute of Tourism and Hospitality Management (NITHM) showcased their energy and dedication as volunteers at the NMDC Hyderabad Marathon 2025. They actively supported pre-race activities such as bib and race kit distribution and guided runners at the Expo. On race day, they managed crowds, assisted participants, and ensured smooth assembly at the start line.

NMDC organizers praised the students as “real stars” for their sense of ownership and tireless efforts, handling everything from multiple bib counters to bulk collections for groups like Isha Vidya and the Army.

The volunteering effort was carried out under the overall coordination of Dr. Kiranmayi Audina, whose guidance ensured seamless planning and execution. All student volunteers were awarded certificates of appreciation and refreshments for their contribution to the success of the event.
